Put your hands on your knees with palms facing upwards, imagine there is a light point in your bellybutton, changing from red color to white color, slowly form a gas ballon, then slowly spin on your abdomen, 21 rounds from left to right, then 21 rounds from right to left. At last, the gas ballon appoach the gate of life, the gas ballon travel from kidney, to liver, to your heart.
