Physical weakness qigong exercises


This would be often practiced. It can be effective in changing the body's physical weakness, it’s presented below:

1, let body lie on the ground, relax the legs, slightly bent, sole of the foot in the outer-eight shape, and same width as the body width, so that the waist closely aligns the ground, hands on the chest or abdomen. Then take a deep breath, using strength of waist, abdomen, legs to parallelly tilt (heel off the ground four inches or so), during the period, free breathing and using the will to hold the abdomen. So to maintain this position as long as possible (about two minutes or so to maintain), until the waist had to bent

2, when completing this action, let legs back into the ground, you will feel the blood churn, and waist and abdomen will become very substantial. Do not be anxious to get up at this time, still maintaining the original position, so that the waist closely aligns the ground, and try hard enough to hold the abdomen upwards. Then take a deep and slow breath for two or three minutes, and felt blood to calm down, then got up.

3, exercise times: one times in the morning and evening, and then can gradually reduce the numbers and extend the gap among days.

4, Function: This method would lead to the body's essence, qi and blood to become strong enough together to enhance the body's immunity and resistance. For those who have common diseases caused by weak blood: such as dizziness, weakness, body pain, insomnia, sexual dysfunction and other diseases, it can play a radical improvement in recovery efficiency.

5, Features: It can be divided into three phases:

(1) exciting period - because of physical weakness in the "hungry"state, so you feels particularly evident;

(2) calm down period.

(3) filling period - the body's blood gradually strengthened.

Qigong Knowledge: Qigong is a method through breathing to manipulate the qi inside the human body. It will enhance the physical human body, extending human life, developing the potentials. Qigong has many diferent kinds, mainly divided into:dynamic exercises and static exercises. The dynamic exercises pay attention to the action of human body, while the static exercises pay attention to meditation. Most qigong exercises integrate the dynamic exercises and static exercise. In tao religion, taoists always practise qigong to collect internal dan which would be helpful to attain tao, while in buddhism, the monks practise qigong to reach a state of dhyana. Many chinese medicine doctors also practise qigong to enhance the cure effect.
